2 History

The company was established on November 28, 2013, located at 68 Chevrolet Avenue, Jingang New District, Wuhan City. It has a production workshop of 109,000 square meters and 58 automated production equipment, with around 800 employees. The manufacturing equipment is at a leading level in the country, mainly supplying automotive lighting products to Wuhan SAIC-GM, Wuhan Dongfeng Motor, Shanghai Automotive, Geely, and GAC Group. In order to continuously improve product competitiveness, enhance management level, and reduce production costs, the company adheres to the headquarters' development strategy of "zero-level, neutralization, intelligentization, and internationalization." This is achieved through the application of digital design, intelligent upgrading and transformation of equipment and production lines, lean production, deployment of a visual management system, quality control and traceability, and the construction of an intelligent logistics system, creating a replicable and scalable intelligent factory.

The company initiated the Smart Factory project in early 2017. The existing information systems include SAP, MES, EWMS, OA, GPMS, Windows, barcode systems, etc. Completed automation projects include intelligent logistics, automatic screwing, automatic PES line, automatic coating line, etc. Through the combination of informatization and automation, breaking down barriers between systems enables information exchange. This achieves refined production scheduling at the production line, automatic collection of key data, precise traceability with unique QR codes for finished products, and job reporting to prevent misplacement or omission of finished products. Various production reports replace manual records for paperless office operations. Intelligent logistics, through WMS, MES, AGV, achieves automatic material distribution, precise inventory management, effectively improving site utilization, reducing logistics personnel, and significantly enhancing factory logistics management. Future planned informatization projects include learning cloud, integrated intelligent procurement, integrated intelligent finance, while automation projects include tail lamp automatic line, last-mile transportation, and full coverage of automatic screwing.
